Relay AI offers a free trial for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund. After the 7-day trial period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Top-up credits purchased separately from subscriptions are non-refundable. Top-up credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Relay AI services you have paid for, please contact our support team. We may issue a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis.
